Refund Policy

At DeskForge, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Lost Packages:
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Change of Mind:
Due to the nature of international fulfillment, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
